Ultrasound!

If you, like me, couldn’t tell exactly what you are looking at, I’ll try to explain it to you! Each picture is mostly shades of white and grey. But, towards the center of each picture there is a black area. This is where the baby is. Right now the baby’s head and body just look like two circles. Remember, though, that he is only 12 weeks old! Oh, and before anyone asks, we don’t know if we are having a boy or girl.

The first picture is a side view of the baby. If you look closely, you can see a small white spot next to his little head. That’s his hand! He’s waiving at us!

The second picture is of the baby’s face! Unfortunately, you can’t make out much in this picture. But, in our copy you can see his eyes, nose and mouth!! You can also see his right arm sticking up!!

The baby decided to sit up for the last picture! His head is at the very top of the black area. His hand is next to his face again. If you look at the bottom left of the black area, you can see his feet pushing up against the wall!!

The nurse and doctor were surprised at how clear he showed up in the ultrasound. During the ultrasound, he started kicking his legs and waiving his arms! He’s already a ham in front of the camera!! Such fun!!
