Nora was holding Tyler and was doing just fine... until she tried to re-adjust him. I think she was more upset about the tumble than he was!!

They are watching the Garfield and Odie movie that I checked out from the library. They seem to be enjoying it... Collin especially liked the part where Garfield knocked all the shelves off his wall. Typical boy-- destruction is fun!

Uncle Naynay!

See the giraffe that Nate is holding? Can you tell who had the giraffe before he took it from her? What a sad, pathetic face, huh? But it worked... she got it back from him!

Collin wasn't cooperating with our pictures so I thought if I sat down with them he would be still.

Heard 'round the House

I was scrolling through the blog with the kids so they could see some of the pictures and videos. Nora was pointing at different people as we went along but Buddy just sat in my lap and watched... until we got to the ones of Pawpaw and Tyler! He spit his binky out, stood up in my lap and announced that it was PAWPAW! TYTY!

He's now demanding more pictures of Pawpaw and TyTy!

We made use of the timer on our camera again. It took a bit of arm twisting but I finally convinced Michael to take them. Nora loved running up to the camera, pushing the button and then running back to sit down... if only she would have smiled more! We have a hard time getting her to smile for the camera sometimes and yesterday was one of those times. There are a few good ones, though.

More Snow Pics

He HAD to walk through any puddles we saw. At least he had his rain boots!!

Snow!

That's right, people, it's snowing! Here!! At my house!!! I started checking for snow as soon as I got up this morning and around 9:00 the flurries started! It wasn't supposed to start until 2pm or so, but it was several degrees colder this morning than they forecasted. The kids got bundled up (thanks to the Marshes Collin has a nice, warm coat and boots!) and ran out the door! I got several good pics, but the only thing the snow is sticking to is the roof. Since it's been raining all night there are puddles in the yard so I don't know if it'll stick unless the puddles freeze.

Right now Nora is trying to convince me that it's hot outside so that I'll let them go back out. She doesn't have a proper winter coat so I wont let her out very often or for too long. At least she has boots and a warm hat!
